 February 27, 2007  Reviewed progress on the MHS project and voted to hire an education facilities consultant to review our facilities district-wide with the objective of gaining a broader perspective of the research and trends in design, construction, and programming around the country. NEWS LINK
 March 22-23, 2007 Information workshop with Jeff Lackney, facilities education consultant with Fielding Nair International - Madison, Wisconsin. NEWS LINK
 May 8, 2007 Board meeting to review proposal from Johnson Architecture for long-range planning services. Board members present voted unanimously to accept the proposal.  Status of Maryville High School growth planning options reviewed.  Chairman Mark Cate resigned from the board; Joe Tipton assumed the duties of Chairman.
 May 29, 2007 Board meeting to provide details of the Maryville High School growth plans to the PBA Board.  NEWS LINK
 June 14, 2007 Joint meeting of the Maryville City Council and the Maryville Board of Education at MHS.  Architects presented the four ideas presented to PBA on May 29, plus a fifth option for review and consideration by both city council and school board.  (PowerPoint Presentation) The public was invited to attend this meeting.  Public input sessions will be scheduled for late July or early August.  NEWS LINK  NEWS LINK 2
